The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain to you the personal data processing policy applied by Salgueiro Home since, in order to deliver our products and communicate with our customers, it is essential and imperative that you are fully aware of it.

This application and the corresponding Privacy Policy are managed by M.A.Salgueiro, S.A., a company registered with the R.C.R.C. Lisboa under no. 500 177 201, with its registered office at Avenida Almirante Reis, 80C, in Lisbon, Portugal.

These conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users (“The User”), on the one hand, and those of Salgueiro Home (“we” / “our” / “The Seller”), on the other, relating to the goods/services made available on this APP, hereinafter jointly referred to as “Salgueiro Home services”.

Data subjects’ data will be acquired using tools that will allow informed and positive consent, identification of the rules for transparent processing of the data placed in Salgueiro Home’s care, as well as the time and due support for the retention of the data entrusted to Salgueiro Home’s custody, always guaranteeing its confidentiality.

The personal data collected is: name, address, gender, date of birth, email, cell phone, address and VAT number.

The personal data we process at M. A. Salgueiro will only be used for the following purposes:

• Communicating with customers and answering questions;

Your data will be kept by Salgueiro Home for the purposes described here for as long as is necessary for the aforementioned purposes, except if the personal data in question is necessary to prove compliance with obligations, until the limitation period for the corresponding rights has elapsed, or if there is a longer data retention period imposed by law.

When your personal data is no longer necessary, it will be removed from our systems and records or kept anonymously so that you cannot be identified from it.

Following the registration of the complaint made in this way, Salgueiro Home ensures that a communication process is carried out with the data subject, informing them in good time and in accordance with the stipulations of the aforementioned regulation, at each step of the processing of their complaint.
